GIA Garlic Paste is made simply of garlic (55%), sunflower oil, salt, and preservative (E 224). One half inch of paste is equivalent to one clove of chopped garlic (without the fuss). Garlic bread is a breeze. Gia Garlic Paste can be used in all recipes which call for garlic such as sauces, roast meat, stews, and casseroles.
