The Cedar, Alder, Maple Grill Planks Sampler allows you to try three different types of wood planks. Wood grilling planks offer a modern grilling method that conveniently lends a more intense flavor to shrimp, game hens, chicken, pork, shish kabobs, vegetables, and more! Western Alder grilling planks offer a tantalizing robust smoke flavor coupled with a light vanilla compliment, and Cedar grilling planks offer a sweet spicy flavor blended with a mild smoky edge. A delicious mingling of aromatic wood and natural moisture gives your grilled or barbequed fish, meat, and vegetables a more distinctive smoky succulence and appealing fresh flavor. Nature's Cuisine Wood Grilling Planks are made from untreated wood that must be soaked for 20-60 minutes prior to use to add moisture and resist burning while on the grill. Add even more zest to your foods by add dry white wine, apple cider, citrus or berry juice to your soaking liquid. If the plank is charred through, cruble it into bottom of your barbecue and use as smoking chips. If the plank is not completely blistered, you can reuse it. Simply rinse clean with warm, soapy water and let dry. The Wood Grilling Planks Sampler Package contains one 7" x 15" x 3/8" untreated Alder Wood Grilling Plank, one 7" x 15" x 3/8" untreated Cedar Wood Grilling Plank, and 7" x 15" x 3/8" untreated Maple Wood Grilling Plank by Nature's Cuisine for use with all charcoal and gas grills.
