Our Mousse of Goose Foie Gras is a light and delicate emulsion with 20% foie gras in Tin. It is fully cooked , sterilized, prepared and ready-to-eat. We suggest that it be refrigerated before opening and served chilled but not ice cold. Cut-out 1/3 inch slices to display on center of plate or use as spread. Serve with or on French bread or brioche. May also be used for stuffing or as a steak topping “Tournedos Rossini” -style.

Our Extra Virgin White Truffle Oil is imported from Italy and provides an aromatic but subtle taste treat added to traditional dishes such as risotto.

The ancient spice, Iranian Saffron is referred to as “Sar-Gol”(Head of Flower).

This is the most expensive spice there is due to its power, a small touch of Saffron can add to any dish an aroma and flavor sure to please.

Our Cream of White Truffle with Porcini Mushroom Sauce is imported from Italy and is a cream made of high quality porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis) and enriched with Spring White Truffles. It is an ideal base for garnishing or filling savory pastries, for seasoning first and second course dishes, and with cutlets or fillets.

Our Blini are yeast-leavened, white flour pancakes. Classically they are served with sour cream and caviar or smoked salmon.

Our Block of Duck is 100% homogenized duck foie gras with a convenient slice separator to facilitate serving.

Refrigerate before opening can. Separate slices. Display on center of plate. Add ground pepper to taste. Serve chilled but not ice cold with or on French bread or brioche.

Do not spread on bread to fully enjoy the rich texture and taste. Serve with late harvest wine.

Last but least, our Honey with White Truffle is an excellent starter spread on toasted bread together with ham or Tuscan Pecorino cheese, as a stuffing for crepes or as a spread on fruit (bananas, pears & apple etc.) cooked in the butter.
